World Sounds-Orchestra
The Welt Sound Orchestra is made up of musicians from various countries – from Europe to the Far East – who have brought their own musical cultures with them. The combination of modern and traditional musical instruments creates a unique orchestral sound. The musicians' musical expertise, combined with their unbridled enthusiasm, touches and inspires audiences, making the concerts a special experience.
Their mutual cultural interest brings the musicians together to form a lively community whose vibes also reach the concert audience.
The concert repertoire consists of the musicians' own arrangements of traditional pieces from their cultural backgrounds as well as their own compositions.
True to the motto "Music connects", the orchestra promotes encounter and diversity without regard to cultural boundaries.

Musicians welcome |
Musicians with an interest and/or experience in international music and who enjoy making music together, preferably with experience in non-European music cultures, are warmly invited to participate. Whether with or without a migrant background, anyone who is willing to actively engage with different music cultures is welcome. |
